Although this place came recommended, it was the most frustrating experience to deal with the horribly unorganized office staff that answered the phone. She (Carol) had terrible phone manners, lost my estimate THREE times and made someone keep returning to my house to re-measure the windows, which only dragged out the process even longer. They finally came to install, and due to miscommunication, did not have what I had asked for. Over one week later, I called to follow up, only to be interrupted and yelled at by Carol for about 3 minutes straight, and was ultimately HUNG UP ON. I was livid. This is NO WAY to run a business. If you can put up with awful phone manners, multiple estimates, and you don't have a strict timeframe, then this company might be for you. If you want to get new glass in time-efficient manner without being treated poorly, keep shopping.
