I came to Dr. Kaminsky w/ one urgent issue and some general skin care concerns and questions. His assessment of my severe issue turned out to be correct. Though in handling this issue it would have been nice to know ahead of time that I was going to be sprayed w/ what felt like liquid ice.
Regarding the general shin stuff, I got the feeling that he didn't like dealing with the day-to-day kinds of issues that a person tends to have regarding skin. When asked for some product suggestions he sort of chuckled and said, ""Sure, we've got lots of products we can sell you."" ...I gave him the benefit of the doubt and took his product suggestions, regretting it 3 weeks later. The products he suggested were expensive and left my skin looking and feeling considerably worse than it had before.
