Does anyone have any idea if Miss Barbara is bipolar? I have never met a woman who appears so miserable and has such poor customer service skills. You would think she is the only dance school in the Lehigh Valley - which hasn't been the case for nearly 15 years. Not too mention, I have never seen 50 girls who attend dance for years execute so poorly when they leap. Toes are not pointed, knees are bent. We won't even get into the 10-12 year old ballet students that still sickle their feet. What a disgrace! She is certainly one of the best Marketers I have ever seen or she is playing on the general dance ignorance of her customer base - probably both! She should get five stars for Marketing, no stars for customer service, 1 star for not sinking the business her mother created.
Pros: She doesn't beat the children physically.
