Review content:
During a recent visit, nary a cup of brewed coffee was in site and it appeared most of their trade is in specialty iced drinks two of which my companion and I ordered. These consisted of little more than gritty powders blended with ice, nothing like the pictures presented. The servers are too concerned with their next cigarette break to be bothered to even get the aforementioned powder completely stirred in while you wait for your drink, and wait you will because it takes several minutes for them to get around to your order even though the preparation is minimal. While I was there the manager was conducting interviews with potential employees near where I was seated and it was tempting to tell her to hire them or the homeless schizophrenic ranting nearby, because neither could possibly be less suitable than the current employees.
Cons: slow service, poor quality drinks, noisy
