The worst!!! They ruined an expensive quilt I had dry cleaned and refused to reimburse me for it!! They had the nerve to keep it for three weeks, say it was analyzed, and that the results say it was a manufacturer issue and to take it up with them! When the shams turned out fine!! Unbelievably bad store, terrible manager, and terrible business ethics! Do not go here!!!! I was a loyal customer and went bi-weekly and I will never go again. They could have made back the $200 the quilt cost in three weeks with my regular business, but instead chose to lose a loyal customer. Terrible!!!
Pros: Nice girls that work there
Cons: Terrible Store Business ethics!!!
