Heard this was one of the nicer places in Columbus. I got there and all checked in at 1230am. Got woke up at 430am to see the nurse then sent back to bed till 7am to see the doctor. People very rude and very ghetto. I think all the hired help were people from the east side of Columbus. The place was a dump. The bathrooms are full of ants/roaches. There are holes in the floors as well as the walls. I though for 500.00 per day this would be a bit nicer. I can not believe this place charges insurance 3000.00 per week. On top of everything if you want snacks you have to buy them out of the vending machines. You got to be kidding me. I could not even have my electric toothbrush. You are not allowed to have anything with sugar/caffiene. The staff treat you like you're a second hand citizen. I would not send my worst enemy there. The male staff members also flirt with and hit on the female residents there and make advances towards them. I would not send a loved one there if they are a female.
