Ruby Kamaka is a wonderful therapist. She helped me to improve my self-esteem as well as taught me various tools to use in order to help me with my chronic depression and anxiety issues. Ruby is the type of therapist you should go to if you want results, but you must do the work involved. I am forever grateful to her for all of her wisdom and encouragement and I am doing much better now because of her help.
