Their food is average. You get what you paid for. Their customer service: There is one waitress who is just absolutely rude. The first time that I took my family there for my mother-in-law's birthday, that waitress snatched the order form and the pen that was place on the table from me. She then said something snotty and walked over to the trash can to throw the paper away and ripped up a new form, then slapped it on the table. Then yesterday, a few months later, we thought that we would give this restaurant one more try. This time, it was with my brother, who's visiting me for the first time in 6 years. We sat down and ordered our drinks and when that same waitress came around asking if we wanted something to eat from the cart, my brother asked for the shrimp plate. We paused to see what she wanted us to do. So my brother thought that she wanted us to pick up the plate. He selected the plate and she literally snatched the plate from his hand, quickly unwrapped the shrimp plate, carelessly poured the soy sauce over, and slapped the plate on the table in front of him. This will be the last time that we will go there. One waitress smiled at us and was courteous, however. But the experiences left a sour taste in our mouths. By the way, apprently, there is no contact information for the owner/manager. We asked.
