Our experience was very good at first, very nice family owned business, we expressed our concern with the Kennel Cough and they said that no animals are sick or have been sick. Our dog has never been sick and is extremely healthy, all vaccinations. 2 days after coming home she started to cough, a very hard deep cough, going to the vet today! Kennel staff was not very helpful or sympathetic. Very disappointed! We realize this can be difficult to control but from further research indicates cleanliness is the key. Like the previous post we felt as if they just blew us off and were not concerned about our dog.
