We've been taking our two little Italian Greyhounds here to stay while we vacation since they were just pups - over 2 years ago now. The staff at Windy Ridge is so wonderful! They know our dogs by sight and always put them in the same kennel/run each time they stay. This has really helped our dogs adjust easier. They can stay in one run together - which is great, as they are inseparable. The staff has video cameras to monitor the dogs, they live on site, and are always sensitive to the temperature (fans in the summertime, heaters in the winter). They have a wonderful groomer. Our dogs always come back looking fabulous. They wash all the blankets, dog beds, etc. And even had a loaner for us when I forgot to bring the bed for under the blanket. They have excellent prices, and even throw in a free groom after a five day stay. They are the friendliest people and true dog lovers. We tried it after a co-worker's recommendation - and will never look back. I almost hate posting this...I don't want to give away our secret! Make the drive - very easy Sherwood, Tualatin, Wilsonville & Tigard access. You won't regret it. We won't trust our babies to anyone else!
