Review content:
These guys are pros. I did my own custom stereo install 2 years ago, but when my amp stopped working, I couldn't figure it out. I tried a different amp with no luck. Stumped, I brought my car to Sound on Wheels, where I had purchased my head unit. They did a complete diagnostic and not only solved my amp power problem (main power line fuse looked good but lost contact internally), but they also found one of my rear tweeters out, which I had not detected.
They didn't push me to buy an expensive replacement. Instead, they pointed out practical choices that would meet my needs. They were also very professional when I had to reschedule my appointment. I wish I didn't have to do that (who wants to wait to hear their stereo) but I thought they handled it very professionally and still did an impressive job for me.
Pros: Smart and Thorough!
Cons: Limited Hours, M-F 9-5 and Sa 9-3.
