Review content:
I love to knit and I love to go to new yarn shops. This was my very first experience at this shop. The two women working were not nice. In fact, one was really rude. I needed two sets of bamboo needles and she helped me get them (because simply looking around one couldn't find them on their own) and they were $13 apiece! That's insane. I can get the same products at another store for almost half that. I looked around for a bit at their meager yarn collection and put the needles back. I said my thank-yous and walked out the door. As I was leaving, the woman who was helping me was like, ""Did you put the needles back?"" and I said, ""Yes."" She continued, ""Did you put them back where they belong?"" and again, I said, ""Yes."" She then went to the display and went through the needles to make sure I put them back.
Pros: Spacious store, lots of buttons, colorful yarn
Cons: Poor selection of yarn, needles, and books. Poor customer service. Inadequate signage out front, easy to miss. Ample parking on the street, but I had to use a meter.
