Review content:
This apartment complex management is incompetent. They make numerous errors in paperwork documents that when you bring it to their attention they claim it is human error and will not take responsibility or recognize that it is not a binding document. They will tell you that you can have one offer and then take it away. When you ask them to fax signed documentation they argue with you on why you want them and refuse to send lease. If you call the owners to complain about the leasing office, they are hard to get a hold of, they don't give call back's and when you finally talk to someone they are extremely rude and tell you it is up to the office to make the offers and uphold what offers that they want. The women in the office hit on my boyfriend blatantly in front of me and didn't even care that I was there. The complex has next to no occupants and I am sure it is because of the treatment from the leasing office. Worse decision of places to live ever.
