Review content:
I've only been to their location on Cherokee closer to downtown Denver (I couldn't find a separate listing in Citysearch). Other people had raved about it. I wasn't impressed. I had something specific in mind, so I knew what I was looking for when I walked into the warehouse. I walked around the entire place looking at everything, and not a single customer service person asked if I needed any help. I understand the concept of this place is low overhead to keep costs down for customers, so I'm kind of torn about whether lack of service is something to complain about. But I still couldn't believe that they let me walk out the door without even a hello or a goodbye, let alone a ""can we help you."" Prices here were pretty good. Most of the furniture had ""clean lines"" which is what I was interested in. The warehouse was too large for the amount of furniture that they had on display--you would definitely NOT feel claustrophobic walking around this place.
Pros: good prices, nice looking furniture with ""clean lines""
Cons: poor customer service
