Review content:
I had safe and sound come out to install a new RF remote for one that had stopped working. While they were out i talked to them about some other devices that no longer worked and we agreed that they would come out in the near future. Later that week I had them come to my summer home which we were remodeling and asked for a quote on TV's and an alarm system. The quote was over 26k for a 3 bedroom cottage so I tried to work with them for a more affordable option. After a week of back and forth they stopped calling me back. My home entertainment center was never fixed like we agreed on and now i call again and again but receive no call backs. Now I have to pay another home audio company to come install a new remote for my home entertainment center. POOR POOR BUSINESS ETHICS'S!

Cons: no call backs and not finishing a job
