Businiess name:  Olde Oaks Golf Club

Review content:
Olde Oaks used to be a semi-upscale public course but has gone downhill in the last several years. The green fee is $50 and includes a cart, which is not an unreasonable fee. However, the course needs a lot of work. All bunkers are either devoid of sand or are waterlogged - even when there has been no rain for days. The cart paths are filled with large holes filled with water - likely from the course's irrigation system. The rough is non-existent and hardpan lies are common just a few feet off of the fairways. The course is either soaking wet or bone dry in places - signifying big problems with irrigation and drainage on the course. When I played last week, the bathrooms in the clubhouse were in disrepair and terribly dirty, with lots of toilet paper strewn everywhere and solid waste floating in unflushed toilets. Looked like a truck stop bathroom! That said, Olde Oaks is decent golf, but overpriced and overrated. The website's pictures are from the course's heyday a few years back when it was actually maintained. Hal Sutton would be shocked at what has happened at Olde Oaks! Pros: 27 holes Cons: Poor conditioning, pushy staff, clubhouse needs work
