I have lived here for 2 years. First in a 1 bedroom. I have transfered to 2 bedroom. The complex is very clean and well maintained (even the pool, tho I wish the water wasn't so hot). I have never had a problem with repairs, which are always done promptly and by the owner himself. He is a very hands on manager, and is very protective of his tenents. It is well known that he will not put up with any kind of disturbance or damage to the property. The rules of the complex are very explicit and he makes sure they are followed. Mr. Tom has always helped and understood any challnges I have had and has done his best to help me over come them. I plan to live here as long as I can. The location is wonderfull for college students. I feel safe and protected here.
