my wife and i went in to test drive the murano, we met with neil and discussed what our options were. he let us take the car out and met with us when we got back. he was able to answer all of our questions and laid out all of the pricing options that we had. he allowed us some time to go over everything ourselves and make our own decision. he is even helping out with getting some things taken care of on my wife's old car, which is still on lease. Neil is great at his job and I would recommend him, and the dealership, to anyone looking for a new car
