The team at Box2bfit is great. They care about you and your goals. They are serious about physical fitness, so if you are looking for gym to hang out at, look pretty at, and not really work out, then I would suggest you keep on looking. However, if you are looking for a no-nonsense, challenging, rewarding experience, go to Box2bfit. I have gone to the boot camp classes for several years now, and I find them to be the best pound for pound work out in the area. Great place, great staff, I would suggest you give it a try.
