Coming from Alexandria,Louisiana it's hard to find a restaurant in the South that actually lives up to the hype of ""real authentic cajun food"". Nola's is truly a delight. From the Jambalaya to the Crawfish Etouffee, you could'nt ask for a more back home taste.Love the inside layout. Beautiful paintings on the wall displaying the heart of New Orleans,and a nice cozey atmosphere. The staff couldn't have been nicer! I really had not had many plates from South America to tell the truth but, the chivito has got to be the best sandwhich I've ever eaten Hands Down!!! and I cant even say it right but the Parrilliada is to die for!
