Bouquet ordered from the 7117 blanco rd, san antonio tx. The flowers were delivered on 2/13, a dozen roses, little baby's breath, a small kids toy, chocolates. What a disappointment especially when the flowers were delivered some of the roses in the middle were wilted and falling apart. The roses looked curled on the top, black like they were dying. The rose leaves had large dark brown spots, very little baby's breath, roses were all the same size cut across -very unappealing. The child's toy was unnecessarily, the chocolates were old. I called flowers to go on blanco on feb 14th, they were busy and was told they would refund but I had to speak to the Manager, but never received a call back. When I told my financee a few days later, he said he would call, but he got the same treatment. Until he called over and over then got Alex, who said no refunds, no you cannot speak to the owner, what you have to say is not important, Store policy no refund but another bouquet and new chocolates would be delivered. I told him why would I want to be humiliated again! He said to bad and hung up.
