I got in a wreck in New Orleans while on vacation and the police recommended them for a tow when I could not get in touch with the insurance company.
After the insurance adjuster looked at the car (I distinctly told ""Chris"" who I guess owned the place not to work on it), they ordered the parts and took my car apart to begin work.
It took over a month to do (which is fine, most of that was waiting on parts... whatever).
They installed the wrong steering rack (after having to order it again because they ordered yet another wrong rack), and I had to get the local dealership to set it straight.
I found out the paint job is shoddy now, as love bugs ate through it in around 12 hours' time. I am out of town so I can't confront them about it, but judging by previous conversation, they would not do anything anyway.
Do not use this company. They will screw you over.
