I wish I could leave 0 stars.
The people are unreliably and disrespectful liars. No one ever calls you back. I called every day for a week before I finally had someone tell me when my car would be ready. They promised and ""personally guaranteed"" to have my car ready before the date that my rental car coverage ran out. That was a lie. They also spoke with my insurance company and guaranteed repairs would be made by a certain date... they weren't.
I've had bad experiences with auto shops before but this was ridiculous. When I complained, I was told ""hey we're doing you a favor here."" How so? You're charging State Farm out the ass...
