Sheila has been my life coach for several months now. After our sessions, I always feel I have a new set of tools to work with. Sheila is holistic in that she works with everyone in a unique and attainable way. She challenges me and follows-up. I have taken several of the next steps in my career, with Sheila as my coach and confidante. She listens, does not judge, and assists her clients to become productive and proactive in their lives. I highly recommend Sheila Cosgrove. I am sure that when you begin working with her, your life will move forward in ways you had not imagined.
