Businiess name:  Washer Wizzards ABC Appliance Repair

Review content:
I called Washer Wizzards to repair my Whirlpool upright washer and I was certainly not disappointed. The repair on my Washer turned out to be rather complicated and in his first visit he diagnosed the problem as being the circuit board, an expensive part. He ordered the part and scheduled time for the repair the next day. Later the day of the first visit, he called back and asked if he could stop back to check a couple more things. He had taken the time to consult with a college about the problem and wanted to run a few more diagnostics. He did return (no charge) to conduct the further testing to determine that it was indeed the circuit board. He returned the next day as scheduled and replaced the circuit board, fixing the problem. I was pleasantly surprised by the bill he presented. As is his policy, there is a first visit diagnostic charge that is deducted from the repair bill if you decide to repair. I had looked up the cost on the web for the circuit board and was surprised to see that James did not take a big mark up on the part and was very competitive with the on line pricing! There was no charge for the second diagnostic trip and the total bill was very reasonable. james is a professional who is very conscientious and dedicated to customer satisfaction. I highly recommend him for any appliance issues!
