The absolute worst..DO NOT USE!!! Pat Conway should never own a supposedly service oriented company. I was a customer for many years with home, auto and motorcycle insurance policies. I dropped my auto insurance with them less than a year ago (still carrying home & motorcycle policies) and a question came up about an erroneous claim that had been filed against my former auto insurance..I called looking for confirmation that no claims had been made on the policy and he outright refused to look into it. After arguing with me on the phone for more than 20 minutes, I finally had to call the insurance company (Bristol West) directly and get the information from them.
