This is a bad company to do business with bottom line. This is my honest review. I never write reviews, but was compelled to help anyone else out there. Please take my advice, and go with another limo company. Ben and his staff at Five Diamonds are unprofessional in my opinion and I would never do business with them again. Ben wrote a response on here to my wife Tyler and not only lied, but did not even get my name correct after we were in contact several times over a year by phone and email. And my wedding was only 3 weeks ago! He refers to me as ""John."" I am so angry at this company, not just for ruining our reservation, but for Ben coming on to Yelp and lying to other customers. Well my name is not John it is Bryan and this is the honest truth.
