Too bad I can't give negative stars!
I would not recommend this company. I had a home-improvement job for them and we happily agreed on a price. The owner of this company, Aaron, claimed to be proud of his family owned business and said he could be counted on for quality and reliability.
Well..... The reliability was so horrible that I never got a chance to see what the quality looked like. Aaron continuously broke his word and NEVER showed up to begin the job when he said he would. ON FIVE DIFFERENT DATES he no-showed AND no-called. I was left calling time after time, asking why they didn't come and when they planned to come.
After the fifth time, I threw in the towel. I will not beg someone to take my money and do business with me. If he changed his mind about the job (he told me $500 for 2 hours of work for 2 people --- so, $100 / hour), then all he had to do was tell me instead of blowing me off. Maybe the job wasn't big enough? THANK GOD HE DIDN'T ASK ME TO PAY A DEPOSIT UP FRONT.
