Review content:
If you want to be intimidated into doing yoga when you are way out of shape, this is the place for you. I'd heard great stuff about the owner Ann Margret. She comes on nice enough and told me even though I was out of shape and needed a beginners class that her class would be OK for me. No way. She is bootcamp sargent, and made me feel like a total loser for not wanting to try some things that I know are way too hard for me. I need a yoga class that makes me feel better, not for being a total loser because I can't do all the stuff she can
