Review content:
I am so disappointed with the lack of professionalism with which I was treated by this company. I was to receive three cleanings as part of a Groupon. The first visit, the ladies were here for a total of one hour, rather than the two paid for and when they left, I had to clean the house. The tub was not cleaned, the floors were not swept thoroughly, and the dining room table wasn't cleaned off, much less polished. The living room tables were covered in oil that was not buffed out, leaving the surface a total oil slick. The floors were left sticky after they mopped, and when I asked them to go over the floors again with my steam mop, they didn't even plug it in -- they just ran the cold, dry mop over the sticky mess they had created. I complained, and so the owner ""gave"" me another hour (that would be the one paid for that I didn't receive so ... the second visit was, therefore, three hours. This time, I made a list and I supervised more closely. When they were done, the house was spotless. Truly a beautiful job. Feeling encouraged, I called for my third, two-hour visit, thinking maybe the first visit was just an off day. Apparently it wasn't a fluke. I called. And called. And called some more. I called for three days and never received a reply. For all I know, they are out of business -- and good riddance. I finally gave up without getting the third visit, which was prepaid and took a loss. What a colossal waste of money. What a horrendous experience. Beware, homeowners -- this is a case of not getting what you pay for.
