Let's just start by saying that Sunny and his office staff have absolutely no idea what they are doing. First off they started by saying they were going to create fake travel documents for airfare before the first legal date of travel on the visa applied for, lets not forget that this is after Sunny was an hour late for our appointment. Second, they never once told me that AA Passports was not going to be handling my application and another company (PASSPORT RUSH, Michelle Hoyt) would be processing it. So when my visa was refused because a document, which I left in their possession, was missing from the application. NO one would take responsibility, leaving CLIENTS WITH VISA REFUSALS AND A DAMAGED TRAVEL RECORDS FOR 5 YEARS AND HEFTY LEGAL FEES WHEN YOU REAPPLY, WHICH YOU WILL ONLY GET A VISA THEREAFTER WITH A LAWYER'S SUPPORT. You can not get this removed, period, it will alway remain on your immigration records! From this point forward you will ALWAYS have to seek legal advice for visas. So when you have doubts about Sunny's lack of professionalism, rest assured you have judged him and his staff accurately. DO NOT USE A VISA EXPEDITING SERVICE, you can get the answers yourself in the same about of time by postal application and feel confident that you, yourself enclosed all the supporting documentation needed. Sunny claimed he would have an answer in 24hours, 3 weeks later I got my refusal because of AA Passports' lack of responsibility. I should have known better when Sunny used my application review as a STAFF TRAINING. Lastly, the office is secured by thin, sliding glass doors and they are not held accountable for your documents or PASSPORTS if LOST OR STOLEN! The office location is NOT IN THE BEST PART OF TOWN EITHER. Only use Sunny if you have $250 to blow on his services, about $10,000 in lawyer fees to get you a visa thereafter and about 3 months of your life to spare! A COMPLETE SCAM.
