Having read the previously posted one-star reviews here, before I started my deck, I had some fears. They were all unfounded. From their really good displays of decking and railing, choosing my deck materials was a satisfying process. Brandon's design help was good and his materials estimates were right on. I ordered on Thursday for delivery on Monday; they cheerfully ended up making 2 deliveries, for the 1-delivery price, so I had all of the structural lumber in hand for my Tuesday start., and the composite decking two days later.
They handled the problem that their deck picket supplier sent the wrong color with no problem (except of course that I had to wait another week, but, it wasn't their fault).
They were helpful and curteous throughout my dealings with them. I love my new deck.
Pros: Good prices, accomodating, design help
