Review content:
My mom and I have been taking our dogs to Pawlished Paws for grooming for just a couple months now. My mom has a small toy poodle. After he was groomed today, the groomer sent him home with the WRONG customer. This gentleman realized he had the wrong dog after he got home, and the he brought him back to Pawlished Paws (who had not realized what they did). When my mom picked up her dog, the groomer did not say a word to her about what happened. In the parking lot, the gentleman that originally got my mom's dog saw her and asked if they told her about the mix up!!! She was stunned! We will never take out dogs there again. I should also add that he is an older dog and requires special care. He has a bad back and if he's allowed to jump he can slip a disc. And he has food allergies and can only eat a special diet. Update on 12/16: After the following incident, I am pleased to report that Pawlished Paws has implemented a new system for tracking the dogs that go to their grooming center.
