Review content:
The gym in question has nice workout equipment and managers, however the aerobics is very stressfull and will cause an intermediate beginner to hurt themselves. Not enough programs for beginners. There is also no spa area like a sauna or whirlpool for people who need cardio support. Also, the most important factor, when you sign the contract you have to remain in it for 1 year or you have to pay them off completely if you choose not to stay. You have to call their paramount acceptance corp. to work out some details on the remaining balance or you can choose to freeze the account for $24 for 6 months. Be careful in signing this contract because they will on several occassions debit your account twice. I would not recommend this to any women, maybe men, but not women.
