I have had service with this company for 3 year and I have to say yes they are in some cases a few dollars cheaper then the next guy but not always the case as for one of my business they did not have the best rate. Never the less I moved one of my 3 business about 7 miles away. They promised me a install date and Did not show up. One month later they show up and don't have the equipment that I paid for on hand. when I asked them ""when will you have it"" they told me ""I don't know but when we get we will install it for you."" Mean while they want me to give them a deposit despite the fact the for the last 3 months they have been automatically taking money out of my account and also they want me to lock into a contract when they don't even have the equipment on hand or in stock. The owner is extremely impolite and has foal language. the two installers sent to install in my warehouse only came with a 6 foot ladder. Thank you for wasting my time. Over two months!!! I don't understand how a company can be so carless and rude in a down market even more so I don't understand how this company would be there for me If I were to get robed ...... Stay away from this company !!!!!!!!!!
