Review content:
They get you on Satellite. It costs us (in a 3 br townhome) $40/month just for cable boxes! We pay $5/box each to DishNetwork AND it's added on to our rent. Then there is still the satellite service to pay for. Maintenance staff is much nicer than the office staff, and mistakes the maintenance make, in my experience, have been due to the imcompetency of the office staff (making incorrect notes about what needs to be fixed or writing our address down wrong). We pay $819 including our cable boxes. This was because we got a special 'deal' pro-rated. Construction on Kasold very annoying. If you can, request to live between two other units: your utilities will be cheaper this way. It is difficult for people who have never been here to find this place, if that is important to you. Office staff very weird about where you walk your dog. They have posted 'designated walking areas' (you can be fined for walking outside of these areas w/ your dog, or if you don't clean up after him/her). Windows very drafty.
Pros: friendly maintenance staff that responds quickly, we have a fireplace, w/d hookups, garage, you can probably hide a pet without them noticing you haven't paid the deposit
Cons: expensive satellite, nearby road construction, crazy office staff, noisy neighbors (4 kids on one side, students on the other), difficult to give directions to, drafty windows
