Review content:
I live in Peppertree Apartments for almost three years already. I tolerated it only because of its
proximity to my workplace. Otherwise it is nothing special, the same worn carpet, coming-off wall paints,
bad sound isolation (you hear everything from neighbors, even their bedtime activities), cheapest possible
appliances, etc. etc. Nevertheless, management (namely Serci Dossett) always complains I pay too little in
rent, that my apartment cost much more etc. etc., without even understanding how to keep long-term tenants
who accurately pay rent and otherwise do not cause any trouble (said the incentives for long-term tenants
were proposed, but I never received any letter about that!). Management call routine day-to-day maintenance
work (keeping swimming pool and concrete sidewalks in shape, for instance) an excellent service not found
anywhere else in Lawrence. Finally I get tired of this and will have to move. So, if you come to Lawrence,
avoid this place, they just want squeeze out your money from you without providing adequate service.
