Sopensky Properties is located in Lemoyne, PA and operates a full time Property Management operation. There are on-staff leasing agents, property managers and maintenance department staff. Properties are in Hummelstown, Lebanon, Mechanicsburg and Harrisburg. Understand that most of the properties are ""Affordable Housing"" and are not upscale rentals, they provide a comfortable properties for affordable prices. Most of the properties have recent upgrades, understanding there will always be issues arising as they are not newly built structures but overall the management works to address the issues as best as possible.
