i was hired and fired on 3 weeks from macaroni grill. the traing was a joke. i was put down for not knowing things i was never told to do. i was treated with disrespect from the beginning. my love for cooking was the only reason i liked it. food is warmed up and never fresh. the Bitch (pardon my french) floor manager was the one who fired me. i have two kids and really needed the job.. she didnt even care to give me a chance to her i was scum i have no idea why. after that day i vowed to make myself better. i am attending culinary school in January. In a way the terrible people at macaroni grill will be the reaon i will someday own and work in a REAL restaurant.
