I just moved to LA and lucky me, I found the best stylist on my first try! Victor REALLY knows hair, basically EVERYTHING about it right down to the science. I have been getting highlights for around 8 years, and TRUST me, this guy is better than the others. Not only does he do great color, but he's a really great guy and FUN to talk to. You won't be hiding behind Cosmo to avoid the conversation, I promise!
Go see him, I guarantee you'll be as happy as I am. You'll be wishing you'd found sooner........
