I've been going to Victor for at least five years now, and he always does a fantastic job. He REALLY listens to me - I'm pretty much a no-fuss woman who doesn't have the time or skill to do a lot of fancy work with my hair. I've had other stylists completely ignore me when I tell them that, and give me a haircut that looks awful the next morning, because I can't do the fancy brushwork they did. When he cuts it, my hair looks great for weeks afterwards, even as it's growing out! I don't know how he does it, but it comes out perfectly every single time - and I have a lot of natural curl and waviness. I look professional, polished and best of all, my husband really likes it! He always takes time to look at it, and says, ""Wow! You look really pretty! Victor did a great job!"" Plus - Victor is just a super nice guy and a good person - so you get a great haircut and you feel like you're helping one of the few ""good guys"" in a city that's not exactly known for down-to-earth, genuine and real people.
Pros: He's extremely skillful and genuinely nice; no snotty LA attitude.
