Review content:
Finding a hairdresser in a new city is one of the most painful tasks. Its difficult to find someone whos not terribly expensive yet still cuts and colors your hair so it looks nice and fits your lifestyle and personality. I found Victor Hugo on this site and I must say I can see why his rating is so high. He's extremely friendly, makes his customers feel at home, and really listens to what you say so as to give you the perfect haircut. I feel like my hair color is now rich instead of streaked and that the cut is fun yet easy to manage. He's the best I've found and I highly recommend everyone to experience his expertise!!!!
Pros: Inexpensive, Good Parking, Not Crowded
