im glad that i did my research prior to having this hair appointment with Victor Hugo....and it turned out SUPERBLY WELL!!!!
Very professional, and talented with his craft. good rapport (for 1st time customer like me) he gave me a good cut (just like what i described to him) ,good listener the moment you sat on that salon chair.i learned quite few hair tricks along the way.
i would definitely give this guy 10/10 for his work and betcha im gonna come back after 3 months for another hair boost.
