Victor is a true artist. Hell transform your limp and lifeless mane into fabulous, signature dos tailored to your individual features. Cant say that about many hair stylist out there used to giving their clients the same cookie-mold hairstyles. Everyone has unique physical traits and colorings fortunately, Victor can bring that out of you. Personally, my long locks have been my crowning glory; something I thought epitomized femininity. But Victor showed me its still possible to exude sex appeal with a fabulous cleavage-sweeping, layered look that ultimately reveals more of you rather than the hair. It was great to watch him work. No high-tech equipments necessary, the skills and precision are all in his hands. That kind of talent is innate, I think. And the individual attention you get is beyond reproach. Believe me, heads will turn when you walk down the street sporting your new Victor Hugo cut.
