Victor Hugo cut my hair for the first time earlier this week, and I am extremely happy with how I look. Not only did I receive an incredible haircut -- by far the best I've gotten since moving to L.A. over a year ago -- but the experience at Victor's salon was pleasant and relaxing. He is not only a highly talented cutter, he is also genuinely friendly and knowledgeable. I very much appreciated the fact that he rinsed out my hair after cutting it, so that I didn't go home with hair all over myself.
I give Victor Hugo my highest recommendation.
