For years I had problems finding someone who could consistently give me a great hair cut. Victor Hugo has been the only one. I've been following him around for years and the true testament to his work is a very loyal client base. From the same cut over and over to changing it up, Victor always gives me an great cut. I often get complements on my hair and it is thanks to Victor.
