After discovering this place in 2005 we have been regular customers every since. They are hidden away in Cibolo, but the drive is more than worth it. I have tried ribs, sausage, brisket, and chicken...and loved all of it. The meat is juicy and tender and the sauce compliments it wonderfully. The side dishes are great too. We have had the green beans (with bacon & onions), beans (always flavorful), and the potato salad(second best, only to my mom's). They also have great prices for family meals, friendly staff, and unlimited refills!! We will be customers for years to come. Pros: excellent potato salad...great sauce Cons: parking can be tight
