I have a 3 year old and I am a Concerned Father. I have a Neighbor that has brought out for all to see I Trash pile. It is nothing less than a Moldy, Decade Pile of garbage that litteraly covers the back half of their yard. I do not want to even Imagine what is in the house. I am glad I have a Pest control Contract because My Neighbor has built a Rodent Utopia right next to me in a matter of hours. In the pile I can easily see discarded clothes, dolls, decaying wood, OLD food storage containers. If I wanted to live next to the City dump I would have found a house across from it or near it. I hate the fact that my land value and equity decrease because of the Trash I have to live next too. I feel like just stopping my waste pick up and throwing my trash over my privicy fence. It would save time and effort. This is disgusting.
