My home buying process took me 3 years. On my own I managed to pay off most of my old debt. But I realized I had no clue what I was to do next thats when I was introduced to Friendly Mortgage. Steve held my hand everystep of the way. I still had a few things to take care of before I could actually buy but he walked though everything step by step with me. I didn't make alot of money at all but everyone at Friendly Mortgage made me feel as important as someone buying a million dollar home. I had a million questions and everyone was answered. I felt like a very informed buyer. I purchased my first house and gained new friends.
Pros: Held my hand throughout the whole process
Cons: absolutely none.
