We allow our users express their opinions, but we don't make any claims about the content of these pages. We strongly believe in freedom of expression, even if a review contains unappealing or distasteful content or present negative viewpoints. This firm appears interested in making sales and money, but very little else. The salesperson we dealt with appeared very inexperienced and made claims which simply were not borne out by the experience; which all in all was not pleasant. I would steer clear of this outfit and turn to a reputable realtor instead. I wish I had. A reputable realtor would not likely make representations and then back away from them when the rubber met the road. A reputable realtor would not make unilateral changes to the deal without informing the party she purported to represent. The whole experience left us with the impression that this outfit was not looking out for the best interests of the client, but, instead, was trying to balance the competing interests of seller and buyer simultaneously, all to maximize the commission; not particularly confidence instilling. Hire someone else and hopefully you will complete your deal feeling you got the straight facts and loyalty from your realtor. Cons: Too many to list.
